Watch the bartenders mixing, taste their cocktails and then vote for your favourite. All this is called the Mix Contest, and it's an event that has been going around Italy for years in search for the best bartenders and cocktail bars in the country.

It is a contest in which the best of the Industry and the protagonists of National Mixology compete, who are judged both by the voting public and by a jury of professionals in the sector, who evaluate their technique, presentation, originality and taste .
